Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, dependable, respectful, patient, and professional.
• CNA or PCA credentials required or as required by state.
• Experience with activities of daily living and personal care services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Assist with mobility: ambulation, transfers, gait belt, and lift assistance as appropriate.
• Prepare meals, offer companionship, assist with light housekeeping and errands.
• Transport clients to appointments and accompany them as needed.
• Give medication reminders and assist with routine care tasks per care plan.
• Follow care plans and report changes or safety concerns to supervisors.
