Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Record and report vital signs and health observations as directed.
• Support daily care tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
