Job summary

MaineTouch is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support and personal care services for adults and seniors. CNAs support clients in their homes, promoting comfort, safety, and independence with one-to-one care.

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA license required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Measure and document vital signs and health observations.
• Assist with daily care tasks and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Report concerns promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection control and HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
