Job summary

Action Health Staffing in Williamston area seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home patient care. Schedule: Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9am-12:30am, Tuesday & Thursday 11am-3pm. Duties include direct care, personal hygiene, transfers, basic nursing tasks, meal prep, and companionship at the client's home.

May perform light housekeeping, maintain records, and follow the care plan under supervision. Excellent pay and strong patient confidentiality are emphasized by the agency.

Qualifications

• Maintain DFS certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong reading, writing and following directions.
• Ability to lift, bend and stand as required.
• Compassionate care for ill or aging clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in the home setting.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision and prescribed programs.
• Prepare meals per client preferences and diets.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities tailored to each client.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain records as required.
• Report changes in condition promptly and follow care plans.
• Complete EVV tasks and timesheets as needed.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and plan-of-care adherence.
