Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care in the Williamston area. The schedule runs Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, offering steady part-time hours and the chance to build strong patient relationships in a home setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Active CNA certification and DFS certification maintenance.
• Effective communication and compassionate patient care needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in the patient’s home.
• Assist with personal hygiene, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision and follow care plans.
• Prepare meals considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Maintain records required by the agency and EVV tasks when applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality and report changes to supervising nurses.
