Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services seeks a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care to clients in the Williamston area. Shifts are Mon-Wed-Fri 9am-12:30pm and Tue-Thu 11am-3pm, with excellent pay expectations.

The home care aide is responsible for delivering services at the patient’s residence, maintaining care plans, and reporting changes to the supervising team. Responsibilities include personal care, transfers, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping while

Qualificações

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks necessary to treat clients who may include lifting, bending and standing.
• Must have sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare meals per diet and client preferences.
• Provide companionship and activities.
• Light housekeeping.
• Maintain complete records per agency.
• Record and report changes in client’s condition.
• Follow EVV time-tracking and Plan of Care.
• Uphold confidentiality and patient rights.
• Never administer medications.
