Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care in the Williamston area. Schedule: Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9am-12:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 11am-3pm.

This role focuses on direct patient care, personal hygiene, and supporting daily living activities. You will assist with transfers, observe changes, document care, complete EVV time sheets, and uphold patient privacy.

Qualificações

• Must maintain DFS certification and be legally eligible to work.
• Reading, writing and following directions accurately.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with transfers.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care in home settings.
• Strong communication with clients, families and supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in home settings.
• Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming and mouth care.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation as needed.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as directed by professionals.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and diets when directed.
• Provide companionship and age-appropriate activities.
• Light housekeeping duties as assigned to support home safety.
• Maintain complete and accurate records required by agency and EVV tasks.
• Record and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
• Adhere to Plan of Care and do not administer medications.
