Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care in the Williamston area. Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri 9:00 am–12:30 pm and Tue/Thu 11:00 am–3:00 pm. You will deliver direct patient care within the client’s residence under supervision.

Duties include hygiene support, transfers, basic nursing tasks, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and strict record-keeping. Privacy and Plan of Care adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Maintain active DFS certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in the client's home.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing tasks under supervision of licensed staff.
• Prepare meals per client preferences and diets as directed.
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in condition.
• Complete EVV tasks and time sheets as required.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow Plan of Care.
