Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide caregiver registry. It matches you with clients via the CareLinx app, offering steady recurring shifts or per-diem flexibility, so you control how much you work while we handle the match.

We’re hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in your area. Onboarded caregivers work with the CarePartner team to find the right matches based on location, client needs, and availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets
• Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times
• Additional shift opportunities may include transportation/errand support, hospital discharge escort, and Telehealth navigation
