CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking experienced in-home caregivers for part-time, on-site work in California. You’ll match with clients via the CareLinx app, providing non-clinical support in client homes and maintaining flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months caregiving experience or relevant certification.
• Must have a smartphone to run the CareLinx app (scheduling, docs, timesheets).
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs: companionship, meals, mobility, bathing, grooming, reminders (non-clinical).
• Complete and document tasks in the CareLinx app after each shift.
• Monitor and report changes to the care team.
• Submit timesheets on time via the app.
• Communicate with CarePartners about updates or changes.
• Protect patient privacy, dignity and safety at all times.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
