Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate, personalized in-home care. You will support seniors with daily activities, meals, and medication management, while building trust and meaningful connections.

We welcome dependable, punctual applicants with a HS diploma or GED and reliable transportation. Prior caregiving helps but is not required; two forms of ID and work eligibility are needed, and direct deposit enrollment is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to provide two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation.
• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized care in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks based on client needs.
• Manage and administer medications as directed.
• Provide companionship through conversation and engaging activities.
• Observe and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
