Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors seeks compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors. You will deliver high-quality care, assist with daily activities, prepare meals, manage medications as directed, provide companionship, and report changes to the care coordinator.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and can show two forms of ID. Flexible scheduling with training and a supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive.
• Two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation.
• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized in-home care.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks based on client needs.
• Manage and administer medications as directed.
• Provide companionship through conversation and activities.
• Observe and report changes to the care coordinator or supervisor.
