Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking caring caregivers to provide in-home, patient-centered care, focusing on dignity and independence for seniors. As a caregiver, you will assist with daily living activities, meals, medication reminders, and social engagement, working closely with a care coordinator.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation
• Direct deposit enrollment required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed
• Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor
