Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in the Denver area. You will assist with daily living, monitor health, and help maintain comfort and dignity in familiar surroundings.

Training is provided, and you’ll work as part of a supportive team dedicated to individualized care. Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and professional, with 18+ years old, a HS diploma or GED, and access to transportation.

• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed
• Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor
