Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors in Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist clients with personal care, daily activities, and companionship in their homes. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent while building meaningful relationships.

We value reliability, patience, and strong communication. Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred), ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and bilingual candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stay active on shift.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable and patient attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the caregiving field.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide client‑focused personal care based on individual needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and light snacks.
• Provide medication reminders and support as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and engaging activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and household tasks.
• Communicate any changes or concerns to the care team or supervisor.
