Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate, in-home care that helps seniors feel safe, respected, and cared for. You will assist with daily activities, meals, medications, and provide companionship in clients' homes.

We welcome reliable, punctual individuals 18+ with a HS diploma or GED. Prior caregiving is a plus but not required. Two forms of ID and work eligibility are needed. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to provide two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation.
• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized care in clients’ homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks based on client needs.
• Manage and administer medications as directed.
• Provide companionship through conversation and engaging activities.
• Observe and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
