Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors in Colorado is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients, promoting comfort, safety, and independence in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. As a caregiver, you will assist with daily living activities, manage medications as prescribed, prepare meals, and support social interaction, while reporting changes to the care coordinator.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years and older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation.
• Direct deposit enrollment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in clients' homes.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Manage medication schedules and administration.
• Encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Report changes to the care coordinator or supervisor.
