Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support. You will assist with daily living activities, prepare meals, and offer companionship, helping seniors stay safe and engaged in familiar surroundings.

Applicants must be 18+, hold a HS diploma or GED, and demonstrate reliability and professionalism. Driving and ID verification are required; direct deposit is available. Previous caregiving is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to provide two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation.
• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized care in clients’ homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks based on client needs.
• Manage and administer medications as directed.
• Provide companionship through conversation and engaging activities.
• Observe and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
