Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or equivalent education/certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• English communication ability; bilinguals encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs: companionship, meal prep, mobility, bathing/grooming/dressing, reminders (non-clinical).
• Complete and document care tasks in the CareLinx mobile app after each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with CarePartner about case updates or client changes.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe environment.
