Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders, light housekeeping).
• Complete and document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety in the home.
