Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring experienced in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical care to health plan members and private clients in your area. You control your availability via the CareLinx app, choosing steady shifts or per-diem opportunities.

Onboarding pairs you with a dedicated CarePartner team to find the right matches based on location and needs. As part of CareLinx by Sharecare, you’ll work in clients’ homes across the region, with a focus on maintaining dignity, privacy, and

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
Accessto a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged.
Reliable transportation to/from client homes.
Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
Communicate with CarePartners regarding case updates or client changes.
Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety; ensure confidentiality at all times.
