Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in your area. You set your availability in the CareLinx app, and our team matches you with clients that fit your schedule, preferences, and goals.

You stay in control of how much you work while we handle the match. On onboarding, you’ll work with the CarePartner team to find the right matches based on location, client needs, and your availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual caregivers encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, and non-clinical medication reminders.
• Complete and document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
