Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in Woodbridge, VA. This is a 1099 contractor role with part-time/per-diem shifts.

You’ll work with the CarePartner team to find right matches based on location, client needs, and your availability. Expect flexible schedules and proactive communication through the app.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual applicants encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
