As an on-site caregiver in Hondo, NM, you will match with clients through the CareLinx app, manage flexible part-time shifts, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality while supporting daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, or CNA/HHA/MA certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual encouraged).
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs: companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing.
• Complete and document all care tasks in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Additional shift opportunities: transportation and errand support; hospital discharge escort; telehealth navigation.
