Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring in-home caregivers to support health plan members and private clients in Michigan. As a contractor, you set your own availability in the CareLinx app and get matched to client needs, with both recurring shifts and per-diem opportunities.

You control your schedule while we handle the matchmaking and ensure you work in client homes. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting tasks in the app, reporting changes to the care team, and maintaining privacy

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling and timesheets.
Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged.
Reliable transportation to client homes and ability to pass a background check.
Valid driver's license may be required for some shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with ADLs: companionship, meals, mobility, bathing, grooming, dressing.
Complete and document care tasks in the CareLinx app during each shift.
Monitor and report changes to the CareLinx clinical team.
Submit timesheets through the CareLinx app on time.
Communicate updates to the CarePartner about client changes.
Protect patient privacy, dignity and safety at all times.
Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
