CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in Lansing, MI. You control your availability via the CareLinx app, choosing steady shifts or per-diem work, while the team handles matching and scheduling.

Onboarded caregivers work with the CarePartner team to find right matches based on location and client needs. Expect consistent schedules, app-based communication, and a focus on patient dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if shifts involve driving.
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including companionship, meals, mobility, bathing, grooming, and medication reminders (non-clinical).
• Complete and document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client's condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with CarePartner about any case updates or client changes.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and a safe environment at all times.
