We’re hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in your area. If you’re passionate about making a real difference and value your time and expertise, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, non-clinical medication reminders, light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
