Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring experienced in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical support to health plan members and private clients in your area. You’ll match shifts via the CareLinx app, control your own schedule, and work as a 1099 contractor with part-time options. Training and onboarding focus on safety, privacy, and quality of care.

You’ll join a nationwide network that emphasizes independence, reliability, and professional communication with clients and the CarePartner team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check
• Program-specific training prior to shifts; medical clearance (TB test, physical exam, drug screen) may apply
• Valid driver’s license and MVR check if driving shifts are accepted

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
• Complete and document care tasks in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times
• Additional shift opportunities based on client needs: transportation and errand support; hospital discharge escort; telehealth navigation
