Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is a national caregiver registry offering non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients. As a caregiver, you control your schedule through the CareLinx app and choose matches that fit your availability and location.

We hire experienced caregivers to work in clients' homes, focusing on dignity, privacy, and compassionate support. This role is a part‑time/per‑diem, on-site position with flexible shifts and a 1099 contractor arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers encouraged).
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Additional shift opportunities: transportation and errand support; hospital discharge escort; telehealth navigation.
