Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant.
• HHA or PCA certification must be valid.
• Willingness to pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• TB screening/PPD chest X-ray within 30 days.
• In-person BLS (First Aid & CPR) required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks on clients according to care plans.
• Help clients maintain hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Provide companionship to clients.
• Communicate observations to the supervisor.
