Job summary

Right at Home SLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes in the Salt Lake City area. You will offer companionship, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain independence in a home setting.

Position: Caregiver

As a caregiver, you'll provide one‑on‑one care that matters every day. Your responsibilities will include offering companionship and emotional support, assisting with hygiene and mobility, preparing meals and light housekeeping, providing transportation to appointments or outings, giving medication reminders, and building meaningful connections that foster well‑being.

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification) Minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
• Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)
