Job summary

Right at Home SLC is seeking a compassionate caregiver for weekend morning shifts in Utah. You will provide one-on-one in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities, including companionship, personal hygiene support, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and medication reminders.

We offer competitive pay ($17.00–$18.25/hour, with a guaranteed per-shift minimum 27.50, plus training and opportunities for raises, mileage reimbursement, and benefits.)

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care.
• Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care that enhances quality of life for clients.
• Assist with personal hygiene (peri-care, in-bed/bathroom support, brief changes).
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide transportation to appointments or outings and reminders for medications.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver at Right at Home SLC, you will provide one‑on‑one care that enhances the quality of life for both male and female clients. Duties include companionship, assistance with personal hygiene (peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, brief changes), light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments or outings, and medication reminders. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact during morning hours.

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift

• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour

• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews

• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)

• Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)
