Job summary

Vibrant-LLC is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver (DSP) to support clients with independence at their own home. Responsibilities include housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, personal care and companionship, tailored to each client’s needs.

No weekends unless chosen; self-scheduling available, with performance reviews and ongoing support from a caring office team. Prior caregiving experience not required; willingness to help others is key.

Qualifications

• Must have car insurance.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to record daily care notes.
• Report any significant client changes to the agency.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping, cleaning & laundry.
• Meal preparation and cooking.
• Grocery shopping for or with the client.
• Transportation and errands.
• Personal cares and bathing.
• Companionship and social engagement.
• Visit places in the community and socialize.
• Engage in activities and memory-related tasks.
• Support goals with coaching and guidance.

This job requires caring for others who need help staying or gaining independence AT THEIR OWN HOME including the elderly or clients with intellectual or physical disabilities of all ages.

In Home Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) Essential Job Functions (differ based on client needs):

• Housekeeping/Cleaning & laundry
• Meal preparation & cooking
• Grocery shopping for or with the client
• Transportation & errands
• Personal cares and bathing
• Companionship
• Visit places in the community/socialize
• Engage in activities (games, memory books)
• Assist with goals such as, but not limited to social and behavior functioning, coping skills, self-advocacy, confidence building, relationship building, safe boundaries, etc. by Coaching, discussing, roleplaying, teaching etc.

We hire CNAs, homemakers, housekeepers, personal attendants, aides, CDAC providers, and Caregivers! No experience required - just a desire to help others, willingness to work and a friendly smile are needed!
