Job summary

Innovative Care Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Wisconsin to assist clients with daily living in their homes. The role includes personal care, meal prep, shopping, and documentation of medications.

Shifts are part-time; weekend scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package are included. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with paid training provided. This is a mission-driven nonprofit fostering independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Caregiver experience is a plus, but not necessary—comprehensive paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily living support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Commute to client homes and transport and accompany clients to doctor appointments.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.

What You’ll Do:
