Job summary

Innovative Care Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time shifts in Wisconsin. The role focuses on providing daily living support to clients in their homes, including personal care, meal prep, and transportation to appointments.

• Caregiver experience is a plus, but not necessary—comprehensive paid training provided!

• Provide essential daily living support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean-living environment.
• Commute to client homes and transport and accompany clients to doctor appointments.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
