Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking reliable caregivers and CNAs to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte metro area. The role emphasizes compassionate companionship, safety, and personalized assistance to maintain independence.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and daily living tasks. Minimums: 18+, HS diploma, valid license/transport, ability to pass screenings. Benefits and ongoing training offered.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help clients with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals

Job description

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
