Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to use electronic documentation and EVV systems.
• Basic computer skills, including email and mobile applications.
• Ability to follow written care plans and documentation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, respectful, and high-quality support per the individual care plan.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities; support meal preparation, mobility, and approved medication assistance; implement behavior support strategies.
