Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Gainesville is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler coordinates and monitors client care, creates and manages schedules, and communicates updates to team members, providers, and families to ensure an outstanding client experience.

The role also supports staffing of caregivers and the onboarding process, including handling prospective client intake and collaboration with internal staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of scheduling and healthcare preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills with people from diverse and varied backgrounds and education levels.
• Excellent problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and written / verbal communication.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor client care schedules.
• Communicate care-related updates to team members, external providers, and client/family members.
• Assist with staffing of caregivers and caregiver recruitment to include onboarding.
• Support prospective client intakes and seamless service delivery.
