Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, home care, healthcare preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently schedule and coordinate in-home caregivers to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, availability, and client preferences.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and families to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt quickly to last-minute schedule changes and problem-solve with urgency.
• Collaborate with the In-Home Care team to support exceptional client care.
