All Ways Caring HomeCare in Valdosta, GA is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate quality care and customer service for our clients at home. You will assign staff, schedule services, and help solve issues to achieve the best outcomes.

The role requires high-volume scheduling experience, excellent communication, reliability, and a compassionate, detail-focused mindset. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and support branch operations, including phones and payroll tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Experience with community service, client service, or scheduling
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Effective verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling, identifies problem situations, and implements proactive solutions
• Ensures proper documentation of records-keeping along with adherence to agreed plan of care
• Provide support for key branch operation functions (answering phones, payroll entry, employee assistance)
• Conducts periodic home visits and safety checks as assigned to ensure adherence to federal and state laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
