United Energy Workers Healthcare in Idaho is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team as in-home health care RNs operating as 1099 independent contractors. You will travel to patients' homes, provide holistic, compassionate care, and build meaningful relationships with those you serve.

As part of our support network, you will assess patients, educate families, administer medications, document in the EMR, and coordinate with case managers and physicians.

Formación

• A valid and active RN license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to travel, bringing care directly to patients' homes.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to pass a state & federal background check.
• Professional liability insurance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Be a pillar of support: conduct thorough assessments and provide personalized, comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and prevention.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) with dignity and respect.
• Coordinate schedule with patients’ plans of care, approved hours, and personal preferences.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
• Communicate with Case Managers and collaborating physicians to ensure a unified care approach.
• Maintain accurate, heartfelt patient logging in our EMR system.
• Provide emotional support to patients and family members.
