Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Full Time in Liberty Lake, WA to oversee direct care services in our in-home care program. This role requires coordinating client/employee schedules, maintaining the Plan of Care, and ensuring HIPAA compliance across Idaho offices as applicable.

The position is hourly and includes on-site responsibilities. Responsibilities include supervisory visits, care coordination, and maintaining accurate electronic records.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Direct Care Services (DCS) in an in-home care environment.
• Knowledge of skills and procedures for non-medical in-home care.
• Proficient in employee-client relations and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate oversight of direct care services at the direction of the Regional Director and Area Manager.
• Provide oversight of DCS services by Aging Better employees or contracted services.
• Conduct supervisory visits and document in client and employee files per state regulations.
• Care coordination of client care including creating schedules and entering travel time.
• Evaluate care plans during supervisory visits to ensure client needs are met.
• Schedule and conduct Supervisory Home Visits to ensure tasks align with the Plan of Care.
• Conduct intake assessments for new clients and provide information to staffing.
