Family Life Care, Inc. seeks dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide compassionate in-home care. You will assist clients with daily activities, prepare meals, monitor health status, and support cognitive well-being, all within clients' homes.

We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities across various assignments, from long-term care to post-illness recovery, serving a broad community including veterans and families.

Competenze

• Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Previous home health care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong observational skills and ability to follow care plans.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Must have a working smartphone.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and ensure clients receive nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Perform patient observation to monitor changes in health status and report concerns to healthcare providers.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness in the client's living environment through light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide memory care support and promote cognitive engagement.
