Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver patient-focused home care in the Williamston area. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, and simple medical tasks under supervision.

The CNA will work Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9am-12:30am and Tuesday-Thursday 11am-3pm, providing compassionate care in clients' homes. Training on EVV and Plan of Care is provided, with emphasis on patient safety and

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills, including reading, writing and following directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing.
• Maintains DFS certification as required for nursing assistants.
• Compassionate and sympathetic attitude toward patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned and per plan of care.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene and activity of daily living support.
• Record and report changes in client's condition to supervising staff.
• Follow EVV time sheets and plan of care to ensure quality home care.
