Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care in the Williamston area. Shifts are scheduled Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9:00am–12:30pm and Tuesday-Thursday 11:00am–3:00pm.

You will perform direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, monitor changes in health, and maintain accurate records using EVV. The role emphasizes privacy, dignity, and adherence to the Plan of Care; no medications are administered.

Qualifikationen

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting.
• Sympathetic attitude toward patient care.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene care (bathing, shaving, grooming).
• Prepare meals per client preferences or special diets.
• Provide companionship and activities as needed.
• Light housekeeping duties.
• Maintain complete records per agency requirements.
• Record and report changes in client condition.
• Complete EVV tasks/time sheets as required.
• Demonstrate dependability by punctual reporting.
• Respect client and family values; ensure privacy and confidentiality.
• Follow Plan of Care; never administer medications.
