Sorenson Communications is seeking an in-home Install/Trainer in the Dallas area to install and train customers on CaptionCall devices. The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with opportunities for growth and advancement, and requires strong customer service and reliable transportation.

You will work independently, meet installation targets, and maintain customer records while representing CaptionCall at events and ensuring confidentiality where required.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to drive, travel as needed, and work in customers' homes.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and assist with lead generation.
