Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA – Human-First Autism Care is seeking a Behavior Technician in Odessa, TX for in-home, part-time or full-time work. You will support a child 1:1 in their home or community, helping to build foundations for a more connected and regulated life.

You’ll collaborate with a Clinical Partner (BCBA), track progress, and help families feel heard and cared for. We value human connection alongside clinical quality and welcome your voice and ideas.

Qualifications

• You’ll be an RBT or willing to become one with our support.
• Live near Odessa, TX with reliable transportation.
• Desire to help a child build an entirely new life.
• Value human connection as well as clinical quality.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 in the child’s home or community, supporting development.
• Assist during meaningful time together with families.
• Implement and track growth plans created by the BCBA.
• Help families feel heard, included, and cared for.
• Keep progress simple and clear, avoiding overwhelming systems.
• Share your voice and ideas and have them matter.
