Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA seeks a Behavior Technician to provide in-home therapy in Texas, with full-time or part-time options. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their home or community, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills to boost independence.

You’ll apply positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies, track progress with families, and implement goals set with your Clinical BCBA. We value flexible, humane care that centers on people.

Qualifications

• Training provided to become a Behavior Technician.
• Strong local transportation to visit homes.
• Ability to work 1:1 with children in home or community.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions
• Using positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed
• Implementing personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA)
• Helping children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills
• Collaborating with families and sharing progress in a clear, simple way
• Tracking session notes and bringing your own observations and ideas into care
