Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician for in-home support, with full-time or part-time options. You will work 1:1 with children at home or in community settings to build communication, social, and daily living skills, using positive reinforcement and a relationship-based approach.

We value human connection and flexible scheduling, with training provided to become a Behavior Technician. Reliable transportation is preferred to support client visits in the McAllen area.

Qualifications

• Pass background check to work with children.
• Willingness to become a Behavior Technician with training provided.
• Live nearby with reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in home or community settings.
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Track session notes and share progress with families in a clear way.
• Collaborate with families and Clinical Partner (BCBA).
