Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 in the child’s home or community in Odessa, TX, with part-time or full-time options. This role centers on building a connected, regulated life for children and their families.

You’ll collaborate with BCBA partners, support families, and contribute to a compassionate, human-centered care approach with real flexibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain (we’ll help)

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 in the child’s home or community to build foundations for a more connected and regulated life
• Support children during meaningful time together
• Implement growth plans crafted by your Clinical Partner (BCBA)
• Help families feel heard, included, and cared for
• Track progress in a simple, clear way
• Share your voice and ideas and know they matter
